Shawn starts doing a lot of pushing. "Come on Shawn, it can't be that hard!" The ground is soft, and the axle between the wheels is starting to bend.

carousel_thumb

W2TAG figures out how to properly thread the cabling on the raising fixture. It came incorrectly done from the manufacturer.

carousel_thumb

Hey, it's looking good! Everything is cabled and the tower is ready to be pulled up!

carousel_thumb

Progress at last! The raising fixture is earning it's keep right now. I was able to install the Force-12 C3S beam without anyone's help and then got it vertical.

The C3S is in the background waiting to be installed. I didn't work much DX when it was sitting on a couple of lawn chairs.

carousel_thumb

I took a lot of pictures of this phase, didn't I?

carousel_thumb

The next morning I finally pulled it vertical and installed the remaining 10 bolts on the base.

carousel_thumb

It looks wonderful!

carousel_thumb

The raising fixture and one of the legs showing all the bolts. It's a job to tilt the tower over, but I can do it myself.

Beautiful! Since this picture, I've added a 6 meter beam on top.
